WHAT IS CAPTURE MANAGEMENT?
Capture management is sales and business development in the government marketplace. It is the process of creating a plan, managing a team of professionals, and executing win strategies to capture opportunities with long sales cycles.

WHAT IS A CAPTURE MANAGER?
The role of the Capture Manager is to lead the sales and capture management plans of the company to grow revenue, capture new clients, and close deals in the government sector. The capture manager creates a capture plan, sources out opportunities, qualifies the opportunities, evaluates the likelihood of success, develops a win strategy, supports the marketing team, engages key teaming partners, fosters winning relationships, facilitates the proposal strategy, guides the development of the pricing strategy, closes the deal, and turns the win to the fulfillment team to perform on the contract.
What is the CCM™ Certification?
The Certified Capture Manager (CCM™) Program is a professional designation assigned to individuals who have successfully completed a rigorous training curriculum, have certain years of experience and can proficiently pass the CMBOK exam.

How does the CCM Training Program work?
Classes are forming on a regular basis. The cohort is usually comprised of 6 to 10 students. Each cohort will meet weekly for class time and lab sessions. 
How much time should I prepare for?
  • Class Time (2 HRs): Weekly class sessions cover key government contracting principles from our 5-P's and 12 Step Methodology.
  • Lab Sessions (1HR): Each week, there will be labs to cover different topics, such as, Branding Lab, Marketing Lab, Proposal Lab, and Open Lab.
  • ​Homework Assignments (4-6 HRs): You will be assigned practical homework assignments to help prepare and enhance your company's chances of winning government contracts.
  • ​Study Partner Meetings (Flexible): You are assigned a study partner and your meeting times are flexible based on your schedules.
Can I enroll for remote learning?
Yes, you can attend virtually for the Lessons. All sessions are done remotely, live and recorded for review purposes.
What is my investment for the CCM™ Program?
Your investment in the CCM™ Program is $6000. We do have a 4-month payment option of $1650 each month.
